We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Wingpay and SOHO Club Mastercard.
All items may be exchanged up to 3 days from the date purchased. Returned items must be in unused condition with original tags and labels. Must be accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase.
You may return the item in-person or by mail to our Headquarters Office: SOHO Diversified Holdings Co. Ltd. (DBA: SOHOMALL) Room 211, Block A, Phnom Penh Center, Sothearos Blvd, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
Our office hours are from 9am – 6pm (Mondays to Fridays), and 9am – 12pm on Saturdays. We are closed Sundays and public holidays.
In the event the product you receive is damaged, you have the option of returning it and requesting a full refund. This must be done within 3 days of receiving the item. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be processed.
